DELIVERY

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours after your order (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
Your parcel is dispatched the day of your order if that if passed before 12h or the next morning. You will receive an email informing you of the shipment and you will receive the tracking number to keep you informed of the delivery and to be able to follow it whenever you wish. You can also track the status of your order by logging into My Account.

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on your geographical area and the delivery method chosen. Fees are calculated directly after indicating your country and region at the basket validation.

DELIVERY TO SAINT BARTHELEMY

If your order is more than 50 € of purchases, the delivery in Saint Barthélemy is offered to you.

If your order is less than 50 €, the shipping costs amount to 3.50 €.

You can choose to be delivered to your home or workplace.

RETURN POLICY

You have received your items but the size or cut does not suit you? Do not worry, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.
It is sufficient to return the product (s) at your expense except in case you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the initial order. In this case, contact customer service by e-mail at sbh@caribbean-pineapple.com to obtain a prepaid return receipt and return address.
 All returned items will be inspected. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, make sure they are packed properly and not damaged on the way.
We strive to accept all returns, and these do not need to be in their original packaging. In the event that the returned item is unsuitable for resale, we may be required to return the item to you.
 You must keep the proof of deposit of the parcel with one of the two service providers responsible for the return. In the absence of this proof, no exchange or refund can be made in case of loss of the package.

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt by us.
Your credit or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used for payment or the Paypal account used for payment. In the case of a payment by check or transfer, we will contact you to define the means of refund.
